We are unable to ship CBD products to: Idaho, Nebraska, and South Dakota at this time.
Once an order is placed, our team works to process and fulfill it typically within 72 hours, we operate during normal business days (Monday - Friday, closed on holidays). Once an order is fulfilled, our shipping carrier DHL picks up the package from our facility located in Los Angeles, CA. DHL processes the package on their end with a USPS Shipping Partner Facility that further delivers the shipment. Within the U.S., packages may take 5-10 business days to receive once the order has shipped and the tracking information has been received.
Refunds will not be provided to opened or tampered packages. Refunds or replacements will not be provided to purchases from third-party vendors.
*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
